| We spent a weekend in the Swan House of the Seven Sea Street Inn. The pleasant innkeeper of this house, Kristina, was at our service from the moment we walked in from the pouring rain, to the day we left. She made a wonderful breakfast, and coffee was available throughout the day. Our room, though one of the smallest, was just right, clean and comfortable, and the right price (for May, that is). |

| What I loved: the Inn was within walking distance of the ferry and a few blocks away from the center of town. The inn was situated on a side street and had the charm of the island.
What I didn't like: Our room was in the guest house & next to the parking area so we could hear the traffic and conversations of people walking by. Though our room was sunny & inviting, there really was not alot of space to walk around. The bathroom was roomy but didn't have any table/chair to put our clothes/things on while using the bathroom. The alarm clock didn't work. The full breakfast advertised was only yogurt, waffles, fruit, & muffins. We only saw the innkeeper once; however, the young Russian helper/cook was very nice & helpful. Apparently the main house guests receive a complimentary box of cranberry chocolates while we received nothing! There was a hot tub in the main house but because of the small size we never used it as other couples were always in it.
Overall, the inn was okay for the price we paid but I would check out other inns too. |

| The Seven Sea Street Inn had friendly hosts and quality accommodations. We were pleased with the quiet location and appearance of the main and guest houses. The walk from the ferry may be strenuous for some planning to walk with luggage, so keep in mind that taxis are available from the dock area. I'd highly recommend a stay at this location. |
